Chef Blum just prepared an intimate dinner for our 25th wedding anniversary dinner. Absolutely superb. Scallop seviche followed by a sashimi course, a mango shrimp salad with a lemon vinaigrette, smoked tomato bisque, filet oscar with king crab legs, asparagus and truffled mashed potatoes, a meringue filled with chocolate ganache and raspberries. FANTASTIC. He was professional, brought all the dishes and cutlery, engaging and I highly recommend him. Was wonderful to stay in on a cold evening and be treated so royally.

Chef Otto cooked breakfast twice for my friends and I on my ski-trip bachelor party in early 2012. The food and presentation was excellent. He was timely, polite, and did a great job of setting up and then cleaning up. There were no problems, I would highly recommend him.

With small children it is so hard to get everyone out to a nice meal. Chef Otto came to our house made something special for the little ones and did an amazing sushi and salmon dinner for us. We hired Chef Blum to provide an in-house dinner experience for 6 guests in Deer Valley, there to celabrate my wife's 39th birthday. Otto took care of everything, and made everything look easy. He was prepared, uber-efficient, totally respectful of our home kitchen, and a fantastic chef to boot. Each of the four courses (that we chose ahead of time from a suite of options) was delicious in it's own right. And perhaps best of all, Otto mingled easily with our guests whenever the moment called for it, and was a pleasure to have in our home for the evening. At the end of the night, everything was cleaned up and put away before we even realized it. Chef Blum's attention to detail allowed my wife to relax and celebrate her birthday with close friends, enjoy a fantastic meal, and not have to wash so much as a fork. Totally worth the investment. I can and will recommend this chef experience to anyone in the Park City area.
